For detail informations about this position opportunity kindly see the descriptions. BC/BE Pain Medicine or Physiatry sought to join a spine program/practice. Programs can be hospital-based or solo private practice opportunity.
Currently there are no other pain specialist or physiatry physicians on staff. We currently have an active pain program in place being staffed by locums physicians We are actively looking for a spine surgeon to start a program that should do about 200 surgeries per year.
Currently procedures performed by Anesthetist’s are Epidural steroid injection, Sacro iliac joint injection, Facet nerve block, Medical branch block, Caudal epidural steroid injections.
In-Office: trigger point injections, minor joint injections, bursa injections, EMG (if equipment is purchased) OR procedures (if equipment is purchased): radio frequency ablation.
Patient volume is 19 patients/month, 115- Avg established patients/month, 106 -(2 months) Avg established patients /month.
Call is 10 days per month.
Income in Pain Management (non Anesesthia) MGMA Median =$326,000, 75th percentile = $423,615, Physiatrist MGMA Median = $241,182, 75th percentile = $350,103.
Hospital will provide Sign-on, relocation, student loan (if appropriate), marketing, practice management (depending on contract type) are all offered on a case-by-case basis. Income is not limited.
