This role is based in our Walkinstown branch.
In this role, you will:
- Provide quality service to customers in each interaction, while actively migrating transactions to appropriate self-service, on line and B365 delivery channels
- Play a key role in ensuring that Bank of Ireland is the leading provider in the local market and have an in-depth understanding of Bank's sales process
- Have a proactive recognition and referral of new business and sales via sales excellence!
- Actively pursue cross sales of Bank and Group products to meet weekly activity while maintaining CPD requirements per regulatory obligations

To succeed, you will need to be a self-motivated individual with validated drive and passion. Our ideal candidate will have a strong customer focus and a shown dedication to the customer excellence standards at all times. The candidate will have a consistent track record in Regulatory and Operational requirements and also have a proven track record in identification of Sales Leads and Referrals.
Essential Qualifications
- QFA is the preferred qualification however applications from individuals who hold APA Loans, Regulations and Investments will be accepted on the understanding, that, if successful at interview, they will commit to attaining QFA within 18 months of being appointed to the role.
