Play a Pivotal Role in Our Business


As a Project Quality Engineer, your role is one of the most dynamic roles in our business. You will take ownership of quality requirements at every stage of the product life cycle. Working with teams globally you'll ensure our products are designed, developed and delivered with quality at the core.

As a Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Taking ownership for the Project Quality requirements to ensure effective project execution for our customers
  • Communicating with internal and external customers to share project related information and build relationships

  • Advising functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in their own field

  • Contributing to the project as a team member and leading improvement activities

  • Verifying contractual and regulatory requirements are fulfilled and have maximised customer satisfaction and profitability

  • Establishing and executing the project quality plan, witness points and quality records for compliance with contract


Fuel Your Passion


To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a suitable experience working in a Quality role in an Engineering/Manufacturing project lifecycle, ideally within oil and gas

  • Good level of understanding of welding, fabrication and NDT techniques

  • Display an excellent customer service-orientation mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams

  • Have A level of flexibility for overseas travel to support critical activities during the fabrication effort

  • Have a continuous improvement mindset, comfortable questioning and influencing stakeholders towards change and positive outcomes

  • Thrive on working collaboratively with teams across functions and geographies

  • Have a methodical approach to prioritising work and leading action until closure
