We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Google My Business Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Google My Business Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and optimizing our business listing on Google.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize our Google My Business account to ensure accurate and up-to-date information, including business name, address, phone number, website, hours of operation, and other relevant details.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and inquiries on Google, maintaining a positive and professional online reputation.
  • Utilize Google My Business features and tools to enhance our online visibility, such as posts, photos, videos, and product/service updates.
  • Implement effective strategies to improve our local search rankings and drive more organic traffic to our business.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO techniques to optimize our Google My Business listing for relevant search queries.
  • Analyze data and metrics related to our Google My Business account, providing regular reports and insights to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in local search and Google My Business best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Google My Business Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google My Business platform and its features.
  • Familiarity with local search optimization and SEO techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using relevant tools and software, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google My Business or related fields.
  • Experience in managing multiple Google My Business accounts for different locations.
  • Familiarity with other local listing platforms, such as Bing Places for Business and Apple Maps Connect.
