CareView Communications (PK:CRVW) is a healthcare technology company experiencing dramatic growth. We’re looking to add an experienced Tech Support Manager to our team immediately to assist in expanding our product suite of services. CareView offers several solutions in patient safety and care to hospitals nationwide.
Tech Support Manager
The Tech Support Manager is responsible for support initiatives, including:
· Oversight of Customer Support department
· Standardization of phone support, training, and best practices
· Reporting and metrics on customer experience and satisfaction
Job Overview
· Manage day-to-day operations of the Customer Support team.
· Schedule 24/7 phone coverage.
· Mentor Customer Support team members on strategies and techniques to best serve customer base.
· Coordinate with Product Development, QA, and Operations teams to investigate and
resolve problems.
· Help develop and implement support initiatives, including knowledge bases, technical and
operational techniques, and documentation.
· Collect and analyze metrics to guide decisions about product and support quality.
· Report and track key business metrics impacting the customer support team.
Required Qualifications and Skills
· 3 to 5 years of support management experience
· 2 to 5 years of experience with Linux, networking, and software support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
