Job Description:EDUCATION:
- Other: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:
- RN-Registered Nurse of California Upon Hire
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Upon Hire
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 12 years of recent relevant experience
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of applicable licensure, accreditation and regulatory requirements
Written and verbal communication skills.
Must have well-developed team-building and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot clinical and surgical equipment.
Demonstrated skills in problem identification, analysis and resolution using a scientific approach.
Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to tactfully direct the efforts of diverse health professionals to meet patient and physician needs. Ability to communicate well with patients, families, co-workers, physicians, vendors, etc.
Ability to function efficiently and responsibly in emergency situations.

Pay Range is $97.87 to $156.60 / hourThe salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
