In this role you will have the opportunity to sharpen your business skillsets in partnership with your manager, preparing yourself for what might be next in your career!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Frequent interaction with clients, tenants, and vendors providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely resolution of requests.
- Managing tenant issues and maintenance requests as needed.
- Work with vendors and maintenance for timely completion of unit turns and maintenance work on properties.
- Review and post Notices as needed.
- Coordinate Tenant move-in and move-out process.
- Property Inspections as needed.
- Auditing tenant files/owner statements as needed.
- Assist Property Supervisor with clerical tasks.
- Cover for property supervisors as needed.
- Cover front desk as needed.
- Any other duties as directed by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Property Management: 1 year (preferred but not required)
- A minimum of one (1) year of proven experience as an administrative assistant
- CA Drivers License & Vehicle Insurance Required.
- AppFolio (or Yardi) experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
- Tech savvy (Experienced with PCs and smartphones)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Type at least 55-65wpm
- Excellent time management skills and ability to both multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
