NURSECORE, a national Homecare and Medical Staffing agency, is seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse for the Clinical Director position in our Las Vegas office. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Assess, supervise and direct patient care
Oversee orientation and educational programs for field staff
Perform patient care as required, including home assessments
Develop plans of treatment
Ensure and chart compliance with state regulations and Medicare COP's
Requirements
Current RN License
Minimum one (1) year of Home Health or Private Duty Supervisory or Management experience
Pediatric/neonatal experience
Familiarity with Nevada Home Health regulations and Medicare COP
Excellent communication skills
Strong Customer Service skills
Marketing or Sales experience a plus
