We are a full service, acute care hospital, and is one of the most established facilities in Las Vegas. As a full-service hospital, we offer a range of health care resources, scope of services includes cardiology, neurology, emergency and trauma services, air ambulance, women and children's services, orthopedics, medical/surgical, oncology, and critical/intensive care.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Open Heart! Must be RN, Nevada License, 2 years experience in the OR setting. 1 year of specific Open Heart experience. Full-time, day shift Mon - Fri.
You will deliver care and create a therapeutic environment for the patient and their families whose needs range from basic to complex by utilizing the nursing process. To carry out functions in a manner consistent with quality management. Our patient population consists of adult-sized adolescents 16 years of age or older, adult and geriatric patients requiring cardiac, thoracic or vascular surgery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a minimum of 1 year or more Open Heart experience.
RN license in the State of Nevada. BCLS Certification. ACLS Certification.
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
