Growing healthcare company looking for team player/candidates with 3 years experience in the Medical Industry. Must be willing to work directl! y with patients either in person or telephoncially. Must be patient focused. This job is a non clinical position with many daily administration duties.
Duties:
- Coordinate Care for patients who scheduled surgery and/or recently been admitted to the hospital
- Helps patients by providing information, services and assistance.
- Counsels patients on treatment plan facilitation.
- Verifies patient information by interviewing patient.
- Interact with patients both in person and telephonically to discuss their needs
- Utilize software to manage patient charts
Bedside Manner, Customer Service, Written Communication, Microsoft Excel, Verbal Communication, Creating a Safe, Effective Environment, Organization, Scheduling, Professionalism, Confidentiality, Medical Teamwork, Basic knowledge of the LV market insurance networks, Basic Medical Billing Terminology.
