Pain Management Physician

Description: Smith-Watkins & Associates, Inc. is currently interviewing Pain Management Physician right now, this position will be placed in Nevada. NEVADA: Seeking a BC/BE Pain Medicine/Physiatrist to meet a strong community need; active pain program in place is being staffed by locums physicians. Candidate must have a fell! owship in Interventional Pain. Currently procedures performed by Anesthetist’s are Epidural steroid injection, Sacro iliac joint injection, Facet nerve block, Medical branch block, Caudal epidural steroid injections, Other never blocks. Could do EMG/NCV, Radio Frequency Ablation preferred.
In-Office: trigger point injections, minor joint injections, bursa injections, EMG (if equipment is purchased) OR procedures (if equipment is purchased): radio frequency ablation. Option for hospital-based or solo private practice.Possible opportunity to join a spine program/practice. Call is 10 days/month. This community located on the Humboldt River, halfway between Reno and Salt Lake City, has a moderate climate which makes it an ideal year round vacation destination.
Local airport with commercial jet service to Salt Lake City, a local symphony and numerous art galleries makes this community the perfect blend of the rugged outdoors and comfortable city living! . Nevada has no state income tax.
