Renovation, Dr. Vi rden’s Medical Spa is located in Caughlin Ranch and is attached to Dr. Virden’s medical practice. Dr. Virden is one of the elite plastic surgeons in Reno, Nevada, and Tahoe/Truckee to be board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, which means that he has extensive training in all aspects of plastic and reconstructive surgery.
Dr. Virden opened Renovation in 1998 because he wanted to offer a comprehensive treatment plan, to include massage and skin services for his surgical patients after their surgeries. In 2004 Renovation moved to our current 6500 square foot building and expanded the services we offer to include injectable treatments, laser and broad band light treatments. Renovation also provides medical grade skincare products like: SkinMedica, Obagi and Luzern.
Responsibilities for the Inbound Call/Customer Service Representative include:
- Answering phones and making appointments
- Providing high quality customer service
- Filing and client intake
- Checking clients out
- Responding to online patient inquiries
- Maintaining rewards database
