- Ear, Nose, & Throat Specialist/ Facial Recostructive Surgery
-High Volume Patients (80+)/ 1 Doctor, 1 PA
-Assist with patient care, room patients, obtain vitals clinical information, specimen collection and handling
-Scheduling, Insurance Verification, Authorizations, Referrals, Answer Multi-line phone calls
- Check in/ Check out patients
-Set up & assist in minor office procedures
-Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure
-Must be willing to learn and cross train in different positions
*Looking for someone to start training ASAP
**Preferred but not required: Experience working in a medical office & bi-lingual spanish
