Our customers celebrate our coffees and they have probably been to one of our cafés in Berlin before. We treat them as friendly and fast as if they were standing in front of us, in our café. Your job is to be responsive, friendly and you find quick solutions.

- be the first contact for our online customers
- timely answer all inquiries via e-mail
- work in close cooperation with our logistics team

- language: native-level German and fluent English
- customer-oriented, fast, friendly and reliable

Part-time (15-20 hours per week)
Term: 1 year (we typically extend by another year)
