Monday.com is looking for a cross-functional analyst and data guild project manager to design an analytics strategy and report on business performance, and internal product metrics across different domains.

As an analyst guild manager, you will manage guild processes, analyze guild data, and communicate across different domains. You’ll join our Big Brain Team based in our headquarters, in Tel Aviv, Israel.

About The Role

As a business analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and evaluating BigBrain internal tools and products to determine how they can be improved, updated, and fit the market needs.
  • Refine and improve the definition of metrics
  • Building relationships with cross-functional stakeholders globally, gathering requirements, and delivering reporting/analytics solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Identifying business opportunities and cross-functional impact data flows.
  • Applying your expertise in business analysis, data visualization, and data mining to tell the story behind the numbers and derive actionable insights for management.
  • Deliver presentations that are succinct and crisp, with a balance of high-level insights for executives and a detailed enough view for core teams.
  • Develop end-user reports that support all the business unit needs.

As a data guild analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and building cross-functional data processes such as analytical best practices, and shaping and sharing data reports.
  • Establishing the data needs with different data practitioners, coordinating the development process with the engineering team, and pushing forward the solution.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar data analyst role.
  • High proficiency level in SQL - must.
  • Great storyteller and communicator who can build relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. Know when to use a single number and when to build a complex forecasting model.
  • Capable of tackling ambiguous problem spaces and challenges.
  • Passion for making sense of user behavior, using any available methods, and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development.
  • Curious, independent, and rigorous.
