Part-Time Recruiter

We are a small startup company that specializes in AI solutions for various industries. We are looking for a part-time recruiter to join our team and help us find the best talent for our growing business. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring candidates in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences
- Write and post engaging and attractive job ads on various platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, referrals and other methods
- Conduct phone or video interviews and assess candidates’ skills and fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with the hiring managers
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain accurate and updated records of candidates and hiring activities
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in recruitment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role in Hong Kong
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and online recruitment tools
- Fluent in English and Cantonese
