You will ensure that all quality check and balance is observed.
2. You will ensure that the specifications required maintaining quality is observed.
3. You will ensure that the raw Material being used is of standard specification.
4. You will be responsible to maintain a healthy congenial atmosphere with in your
department and with other concerned department.
5. You are required to maintain all machines related to QC in excellent working
condition.
6. You are recruited to maintain standard house keeping and hygienic condition in
quality control.
7. You will ensure that the process sheet, QC check sheet, QC control sheet is
properly maintaining by QC staff.
8. Implementation of receiving, in process and final inspection of materials and
products.
9. To ensure that maintaining and measurement devices are calibrated at specified
frequency.
10. Implementation of Quality Management system requirement
11. Development and maintain product and raw material inspection criteria.
12. Development and implementation of QC inspection Plan.
13. Reporting of performance of QC process to top management, (Weekly Basis)
14. You will ensure that all the norms and requirement are strictly followed.
15. You will ensure that the QC record is daily recorded.
16. You will be responsible for on time completion of all microbiological test
assigned to you.
17. Your main focus will be over the following test in the microbiological segment as
and when required
Sterility Testing
Pyrogen testing
Bio Burden testing
Area monitoring
Lab testing
Contamination testing
Water testing
