Part-Time Remote Registered Psychotherapist (RP/RP(Q)
Pando Counselling & Psychotherapy is an online psychotherapy practice based in Toronto looking for an associate to join the practice and grow together.
Job description
We are looking for a Registered Psychotherapist (who could be Qualifying) who is experienced and confident in providing it virtually.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Masters level training in counselling psychology or related field
- Experience providing individual psychotherapy services
- Must be fully registered or qualifying status with the College of Registered
Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO)
- Must have proof of liability insurance within the province of Ontario
- If required, must have an external supervisor
- A fundamentally client-centered and non-pathologizing approach to care
- Has a desire to be a part of a growing practice
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Access to secure and private office space and reliable internet connection in order to provide psychotherapy services via secure video
- Being able to provide services in another language is a plus

Part-time hours: ~10 clients/ week
Availability: at least 2 evenings (Required) + day/afternoon shift / weekend avail. It’s a plus.
Commission: 60/40 split (60% for the therapist/ 40% for the clinic) (Regular rate: 150CAD) -The clinic works with sliding scale options for people with financial disadvantages.
