US Accounting Assistant


 
Description:
  • Assist with cash receipts including verifying payment amounts, account, and noting any difference.
  • Create cash entries for deposits which includes matching the amount to the respective invoice.
  • Posting payables received and entering them into the system for the team to review.

    Assist in AR follow-up (after a couple months of start)

I’d prefer someone who can speak English as that would help coordinating with the team here in the US. Let me know if any more information is needed.

Requirements:
  • Good English Communication skills.
  • Knowledge on Quickbooks /SAP
  • Willing to work in Afternoon/Night shift
