We are seeking a dynamic and organized Event Assistant to join our team and contribute to the successful planning and execution of a wide range of events. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role will involve assisting in all aspects of event coordination, from pre-event planning to on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Event Planning:
Collaborate with the Event Manager to develop event concepts, themes, and objectives.
Assist in creating event timelines, budgets, and project plans.
Research and recommend potential event venues, vendors, and suppliers.
Help with coordinating event logistics, including travel arrangements and accommodations.

Communication and Coordination:
Liaise with clients, attendees, and stakeholders to gather event requirements and preferences.
Assist in sending out invitations, tracking RSVPs, and managing attendee lists.
Maintain regular communication with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products.

Logistics and Setup:
Assist in designing event layouts and floor plans.
Coordinate equipment, signage, and décor setup at event venues.
Assist with audiovisual setup and technical requirements.

Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field is a plus).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
Problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
