Receptionist/Administrative Assistant


 

We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our phone and web sites on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Applicants must have strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service and be prepared to single-handedly juggle a busy environment with steady call-in customers, consistent phone traffic and daily office chores including invoicing, processing mail and preparing quotes.

QuickBooks proficiency required. Attention to detail and a positive, friendly, team-mindset personality are a must. Knowledge or experience in the construction industry is helpful.

Customer Service.

Be able to answer Emails and Phone Calls and book appointments.

Provide support to our existing crew.

Be able to address arising issues throughout the day.

Microsoft office knowledge is a plus.

Highly motivated.

Great work ethics.

Coachable and cooperative.
