Description: United Surgical Partners International is at the momment seeking for SURGERY CENTER ADMINISTRATOR right now, this occupation will be placed in Nevada. United Surgical Partners International is currently searching for an Administrator for the Redding Surgery Center. This individual will also be acting! administrator over 2 facilities. Candidate must reside in Northern California or be willing to relocate to Northern California. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: -Assisting and supporting Administrator and Business Office Managers in regards to all business and clinical operations at all assigned Surgery Centers. · Visit all sites in your region on a regular basis. · Monthly financial performance and budget development of the centers in your region. · Facilitate communications between the Physicians and Administrators in your region and USPI to enhance team effort. · Reporting the pertinent activities concerning the Centers in your region to the Home Office at regular intervals. · Assist in appointing a person responsible for a Center in the absence of that Center’s Administrator, and act as interim Administrator during such an event. · Assisting in the planning for the services provided by the Centers in your region and the operation of those Cente! rs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's ! Degree in one of the health professions, business administration, public administration or other suitable field. Nursing or Master's degree preferred. · Minimum three years experience in a top administrative or management position in the ASC industry. · Good command of the English language, both verbal and written. · Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others. · Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. · Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public. · Ability to work with mathematical concepts for the purpose of financial reporting and analysis.
