Starts once credentialed through December 31, 2013. Must be flexible to work different hours; M/W/F 8a.m.! -5p.m, Tue/Thue 11a.m.-8p.m. and Sat-8:30a.m.-12:30p.m. Will need to see patients of all ages 0-65 with all types of care affiliated with general practice.
