We are seeking an experienced Nurse Manager Medical Surgical Services. Must have Registered Nurse License in state of Nevada. Bachelors Degree, Current BLS certification.
Must have 2-3 years previous acute care Med Surg management experience in a large acute care hospital. Strong leadership and communication skills.
You will be responsible, and have authority, accountability in the absence of the Director. The Clinical Manager demonstrates excellent clinical skills and knowledge, and is responsible for assuring the department and all individuals in the department achieve the vision and clinical expectations for the assessment, treatment, and care of patients as appropriate to the ages of patients served, and according to best practice standards. Demonstrates excellent customer service awareness and follow through.

Monitors staff performance and provides timely coaching and feedback to improve patient satisfaction and patient care outcomes. The Manager assists Department Directors in monitoring and adhering to fiscal responsibilities.
