- Provides knowledge that is relevant to coping with illness, promoting recovery to healthful living and appropriat ely involves the consumer in his/her healthcare decisions.
- Ensures customer's initial contact with the WomensCare Center is one that fosters a sense of security and confidence.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience teaching and working in the community.
- Bachelor's Degree in Health Education or related field.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities and manage work within timeframes.
- Read and analyze technical material.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing, positive mental attitude.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle highly confidential information essential.
