Emergency Medicine - Level 2 - (ER - Level 2) Locum Tenens
StartDate: 07/22/2013Avail! able Shifts: 12 Hour/Day
Emergency Medicine - ABEM (American Board of Emergency Medicine) Certified - BLS and ACLS required - flexible rotating shifts- 8, 10, or 12 hours not to exceed 40 hours per week - Start as soon as credentialed - ongoing
Working primarily in emergency rooms, Emergency medicine physicians(locum tenens) are tasked with making high stakes life management decisions in times of immediate crisis. EM physicians regularly deal with complex trauma and exotic conditions, and are highly trained in the stabilization and treatment of a wide range of both adult and pediatric injuries and illnesses.
Facility Location
Nellis Air Force Base is located just a few miles away from Las Vegas. The base has a rich and distinguished history, being home to the 57th wing of the Air Force Warfare Center. Nellis is responsible for training some of the US AIr Force's most decorated units. When not engaged in training or duty, residents can take the! short trip to Las Vegas to enjoy many recreational and entert! ainment options, making it an ideal location for both leisure and work.
