Experience/Qualifications Needed:
- Be a graduate PA qualified by academic and practical education to provide patient services as a physician extender under supervision of a physician.
- Be a graduate of a PA Training Program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant or its predecessors, and acceptable to the Surgeon General, USAF, is mandatory.
- Certification as a PA by the National Committee on Certification Physic! ian Assistants is required.
- Completion of an addition! al residency or fellowship program in Orthopedics applicable to the Surgeon General, HQ USAF is mandatory.
