Detailed specification about this career opportunity kindly see the descriptions. Seeking a BC Pediatric Intensivist for a Medical Director position at Sunrise Children†s Hospital in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have solid cardiac experience and an interest in caring for both general medical/surgical and cardiac patients. In addition, an associate level position is also available . Double-boarded candidates are encouraged to apply. Our six-physician team practices in the hospital†s 24-bed PICU which is the states only dedicated tertiary-care children†s facility. ! We are the premier provider of children†s services, includin! g a busy cardiac surgery program, trauma and procedural sedation services, ECMO and CRRT. Our practice is complemented by full pediatric subspecialty support with active surgical services, a dedicated pediatric emergency department, and pediatric and neonatal transport services. Academic affiliation with the University Of Nevada School Of Medicine is available. Pediatric and emergency medicine residents rotate through the PICU. Opportunities for teaching and research exist.
